Good question! It's definitely correct to be wary when shopping online. 

I am more than happy to provide an address and phone number direct to you to ease your concerns and any direct correspondence from me will have my contact details included. 

The reason I don't display these details on my website is simply due to my own desire to keep my personal information private and not have it on display for all to see!

If you do change your mind after you have placed your order, you are able to cancel your order within the first 24 hours of the order being placed for a full refund.

After this 24 hour period, you will no longer be able to cancel, return or exchange your order.

No! All prints are Made To Order Products, no print would exist unless a personalised commission was provided (i.e an order placed by a customer). Therefore, the prints are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds for any reason after the initial 24 hour cancellation period.

The only exceptions to this are if the print has arrived damaged or defective, in which case this must be reported to blackkeyphotos@gmail.com with photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery.

I use a sustainably sourced premium archival paper with a matte finish specifically selected to complement the characteristics of each photograph.

To ensure the longevity of your prints, we recommend displaying them away from direct sunlight and high humidity. If you are ordering an unframed print try to avoid touching the surface of the print with bare hands and consider framing them under UV-protective glass for added protection.

I offer both framed and unframed options to suit your preferences. The frames are crafted from sustainably sourced wood and available in Black, White and Natural colours.

I offer international shipping to the European Union, USA, Australia and New Zealand on all prints listed in my online store.

*Custom size orders may be subject to shipping costs due to various factors, but this will be discussed prior to you placing an order.
